IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEPARTMENTAL BILLING
SERVICE FOR SUBSCRIBERS TO STATION 015
A new service - the Departmental Billing - has been implemented for subscribers to LES 015 (Perth and Laurentides). This service means the breakdown of an invoice for a ship Satcom station by types of expenses (COMSAT calls this service "Itemized Billing"). It is supposed, that under this service the customer in the process of the "ship-to-shore" communications (voice, fax, data, high speed data) is provided with the automatic link avoiding dialing 00, but through dialing the access code 65, plus four digits ( xxxx - an expense item) from the strictly specified set of combinations, plus a country code and your subscriber's number.

The subscriber may dial: |
00-7-95 |
7953211 - and he will be provided with the traditional automatic communications; |

the subscriber may have the access to the same number by dialing: |
65-1000-7-95 |
7953211. In this case the invoice for the service provided will specify that the call refers to expense item #1000. |
What are the 4-digits
combinations (xxxx - an expense item) permitted for usage?
One may dial the following digital combinations after the
access code 65:
1000-2000-3000-4000-5000-6000-7000-8000-9000-1100-1200-1300-1400-1500-1600-1700-1800-1900-2100-2200
(in total 20 permitted expense items)
Should the customer
beforehand apply for (register) the provision of this service and the
assignment of the access combinations permitted?
No. The service is open for all and no registration is
required. The customer himself may chose his 4-digits combinations = expense
items (from the set permitted) after the access code 65. The customer decides
himself what code may be assigned to what expense items for communication
services. The customer waits for only one thing: to receive an invoice for
communication services provided with the breakdown by the expense items whose
codes he has specified himself
